It goes so deep into all tissues and touch all Marma points in the body, those are points were energy flows, but they are very often blocked which leads to disease. It was fabulous

He is expert in detecting blockages and in relieving pain - indeed a master in his art. Prakruti Ayurveda Spa and Treatment Centre is a must-visit place for continued health and wellbeing. If you are not a local, I would recommend a visit of several weeks if at all possible. The seafront and the beach make a stay all the more pleasurable and health-giving.
